Specifications and Use
Description:
Recombinant human interleukin 33 is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 159 amino acids, none disulfide bonds and having a molecular mass of approximately 18.0 kD.
Source: E. coli.
Molecular Mass: Approximately 18.0kD.
Purity: ≥97%.
Endotoxin Level: <1EU/µg, determined by the LAL method.
Biological Activity:
Measured in a cell proliferation assay using D10.G4.1, ED50: 0.3ng/ml -3ng/ml.
Formulation:
Lyophilized from a 0.2µm filtered solution in 1mM DTT, 1mM EDTA, 0.1% HSA, PBS pH6.5.
Reconstitution:
It is recommended to centrifuge at 10,000rpm for 30-60 sec or 3000rpm for 5 min before opening the tube, and then reconstitute with 0.2ml sterile water.
Storage:
Lyophilized samples are stable for 36 months from date of manufacture at -20℃ to -70℃.
Upon reconstitution, this cytokine can be stored under sterile conditions at 2- 8℃ for one month or at -20℃ to -70℃ in a manual defrost freezer for three months without detectable loss of activity.
Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
For Laboratory Use Only.
