Human Interleukin 17A (rHuIL-17A)

Description:

Recombinant human IL-17A is a disulfide-linked homodimer, monomer containing 136 amino acids. Its theoretical molecular mass is 15.5kD and contains glycosylation sites.

Source: Yeast.

Molecular Mass: 15-22 kD (monomer).

Purity: ≥97%.

Endotoxin Level: <1.0 EU/µg, determined by the LAL method.

Biological Activity:

Induction of IL-6 by WISH cell in response to the recombinant human IL-17A was measured using human IL-6 ELISA.

Formulation:

Lyophilized from a 0.2μm filtered solution in PBS containing 100mM Glycine, 100mM NaCl, pH3.0.

Reconstitution:

It is recommended to centrifuge at 10,000rpm for 30-60 sec or 3000rpm for 5 min before opening the tube, and then reconstitute with 0.2ml sterile water.

Storage:

• Lyophilized samples are stable for 36 months from date of manufacture at -20℃ to -70℃.

• Upon reconstitution, this cytokine can be stored under sterile conditions at 2- 8℃ for one month or at -20℃ to -70℃ in a manual defrost freezer for three months without detectable loss of activity.

• Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
