Description:

Biological Activity:
Bioactivity is detected using HepG2 cell. The specific activity shall be not less than 2.0×107 IU/mg.

Lyophilized from a 0.2mm filtered solution in 20mM Phosphate buffer.
Reconstitution:
It is recommended to centrifuge at 10,000rpm for 30-60 sec or 3000rpm for 5 min before opening the tube, and then reconstitute with 0.2ml sterile water.
Storage:
LyopLyophilized samples are stable for 36 months from date of manufacture at -20℃ to -70℃.
Upon reconstitution, this cytokine can be stored under sterile conditions at 2- 8℃ for one month or at -20℃ to -70℃ in a manual defrost freezer for three months without detectable loss of activity.
Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
